University of Bristol go live with Chaser
The University of Bristol have implemented Chaser VENUE as their in-house enquiry and booking management system. Previously managed using a shared Microsoft Outlook diary and Excel spreadsheets, Chaser gives the Conference Office defined work-flow and automated report generation.
"It goes without saying that it's a complex set-up!", said Chris Gibbs following her visit to the University. "Every department is able to provide its own equipment, catering in addition to which central services may be called upon".
Lisa Hudnott, Conference Services Manager, will benefit from central reporting whilst the conference team - consisting of five staff members, have one central system for all of their actions, communications and client contact details.
